William Bridge Elementary
Parent Advisory Council
Supporting parents, students, and our school community
About PAC
The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is a group of volunteer parents and guardians at William Bridge Elementary who work together with the school to create activities and events that build meaningful connections among students, staff, and families. Throughout the school year, the PAC organizes and supports a variety of activities and fundraisers, including Hot Lunch, Halloween Dance, Spring Fun Fair, and Freezie Fridays. These events bring our school community together while raising funds to support educational resources, student activities, and special events at Bridge.
We welcome parents and guardians to get involved, share ideas, volunteer their time, and help make Bridge an even stronger and more connected school community.

WE NEED YOU!
The events and activities at Bridge are only possible because of our amazing volunteers who generously give their time, energy, and enthusiasm. Without the support of our parents and guardians, we simply could not continue to plan and host the fun events that make our school community so special.
There are many ways to get involved, whether you have a little time or a lot. Every helping hand makes a difference and helps create memorable experiences for our students, families, and staff.
We need parents and guardians like you to help support our school community!

Become a PAC Executive
As students graduate from Bridge, we need new parents and guardians to step forward and fill vacant PAC roles. Taking on a role is a great way to get involved in our school community, meet other families, and help ensure our PAC can continue supporting students and families for years to come.
We are currently looking for parents and guardians to fill the following roles:
Munch a Lunch Coordinator — URGENT! This will be the final year for our current Coordinator, so we are looking for someone who can learn the role and help ensure a smooth transition for next year.
Vice Treasurer - Help support the PAC with financial administration and work alongside our Treasurer to keep our fundraising and spending organized.
No experience? No problem! Our current volunteers can help with training and provide guidance to make the transition as easy as possible.
Interested in learning more? Please contact us about these or other volunteer opportunities. Your involvement can make a big difference in our school community! As students graduate from Bridge, we need new parents to fill in vacant roles. We are currently looking for parents to fill the following roles:
