September 22 PAC Meeting — Key Points

• PAC roles: Parents encouraged to shadow Munchalunch and Treasurer roles.

• School updates: New staff/students; upcoming school events reviewed

• Funding: School activity requests to be reviewed at next meeting with Treasurer

• Garden: Possible replacement of garden beds with 6 raised planters; more details needed

• Communications: Improve website, meeting agendas/minutes, family updates, and parent polls

• Halloween Howl: October 29; planning and volunteer recruitment underway

• Winter Pancake Breakfast: Tentatively December 5; coordinators and ~45 adult volunteers needed

• Winter Photos: November 20 & 24, pending gym confirmation; $40 sessions

• Hot Lunch: Possible second PAC hot lunch day; parent feedback needed

• FoodSafe: Volunteer Coordinator to find a parent volunteer for certification

• Grade 7: Parents to form a committee for year-end activities/fundraising

• Next meeting: October 22, virtual
